投資とくると不安になるのが、やっぱりハイリスク・ハイリターンという言葉だよね。 10年のほうは、利率の不安定な変動金利だからちょっと気掛かりな点があるけど、最低利率も野村證券で設定されてるし、そうでもないか。1%超えるときもあるしね。 気になる点といえば、5年満期と10年満期の野村證券のプランなんだけど、5年のほうが固定金利、10年のほうが変動金利なんだよね。 まだまだ勉強しないとだね・・・。
